OUR EXCHANGE POLICY:
EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. We will allow a one time exchange of an item within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges require original receipt and a valid picture ID. Items must be unworn with original tags attached and in sellable condition. If you live in a home with a smoker or with pets, please consider this before attempting to make an exchange. Accessories and clearance past season items are FINAL SALE, no exchanges will be allowed for those items. We do not provide a "trying on" service for online orders.
Please provide a mailing address that is secure. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages. To keep shipping costs low, items ship by both First Class Mail and Priority Mail through USPS. If you would like to purchase additional mail features such as signature confirmation, please leave a note in the message box of your order and an invoice for the amount will be sent to you.
To process an exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the items back, and a tracking number must be provided.
