Leʻa Rewards: Terms and FAQ

What the program is: Leʻa Rewards is Kahulaleʻa's free loyalty program. Members earn Leʻa Points on qualifying purchases at kahulalea.com and redeem them for discounts on future orders.

Joining: Create a customer account at kahulalea.com and you are a member. Joining earns 200 Leʻa Points. One membership per person.

Earning: Purchases earn 5 Leʻa Points per $1 of the amount paid after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. Points are added 14 days after an order is paid. Orders refunded or canceled do not earn points, and points from returned items are removed. Adding your birthday to your account at least 30 days in advance earns 200 Leʻa Points on your birthday, once per year. Following @kahulalea on Instagram earns 50 Leʻa Points, once.

Redeeming: 500 Leʻa Points = $5 off an order. 1,000 Leʻa Points = $10 off. 2,000 Leʻa Points = $25 off an order of $75 or more. Rewards are issued as discount codes, apply to merchandise only, and cannot be combined with other discount codes. Free shipping offers can apply alongside a reward. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

Expiry: Leʻa Points expire 12 months after your last program activity (earning or redeeming). We email you 90 days and 30 days before points expire.

Changes and ending the program: We may adjust earn rates, rewards, or these terms, or end the program, with notice on this page and by email for material changes. Points hold no value outside the program.

Your data: The program runs on Smile.io and our email is sent through Klaviyo. Your points balance, birthday (if provided), and program activity are processed to run the program. See our Privacy Policy for details. Program emails about your points and rewards go to members. You can unsubscribe from them at any time.

FAQ

Do I need to do anything to earn on an order? No. Be signed in to your account when you order and the Leʻa Points follow.

Why have my points not shown up? Points land 14 days after payment. If it has been longer, write to aloha@kahulalea.com.

Can I use a reward during a sale? Reward codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, but you can apply a reward to sale-priced pieces in an order with no other code.

Do points expire? Only after 12 months with no program activity, and we will remind you twice first.

What happens if I return something? The Leʻa Points from the returned item come off your balance. If you already spent them, your balance can go negative until you earn again.
