    For long afternoons that end barefoot on the grass. The Dress Kahuwai is a strapless maxi with a deep band of smocking that runs from the straight neckline through the waist, then opens into a full skirt that falls to the ankle.

    The smocking stretches to fit and holds everything in place without straps or closures. Below the waist, gathers carry the skirt in one full line to the hem. The Pink Leinaʻala print drapes strands of lei down the dress.

    Lei Leinaʻala was created as part of our collection for this summer’s Hankyu Hawaii Fair in Osaka, Japan, where the theme celebrated the beauty and tradition of the Hawaiian lei. Inspired by the lei we hold closest to our hearts, this print honors the flowers whose unforgettable fragrance lingers long after the lei itself is gone.

    The name Leinaʻala speaks to that enduring scent—a gentle reminder of celebrations shared, loved ones embraced, and moments that become treasured memories. Just as the fragrance of a favorite lei has the remarkable ability to transport us back to a specific place and time, this print is a celebration of those lasting impressions that stay with us long after the flowers have faded.
